Exsula Foods grew out of a decade-long adventure building Life Enthusiast into one of the leading holistic health and nutrition companies. Life Enthusiast is a pioneer in consumer education and holistic retail, with an emphasis on whole-body wellness and root-cause nutrition.

  • Martin Pytela

    Owner & CEO

    Martin is CEO of Exsula Foods and founder/CEO of Life Enthusiast. He is a Certified Metabolic Typing Advisor (CMTA), podcast host, and the public face of the root-cause nutrition philosophy.

    Story. He grew up in Czechoslovakia behind the Iron Curtain, immigrated to Canada at 25, and after a dental visit received a large number of mercury amalgam fillings. Cascading health problems followed — infections, musculoskeletal breakdown, periodontal disease, severe allergies — while professionals treated symptoms. Hair analysis eventually pointed to mercury toxicity. Years of self-directed natural health work restored him. He left a tech / computer-chip path and built companies so others could pursue the same kind of root-cause recovery.

    How he leads Exsula Foods commercially. He expects to handle B2B sales conversations personally at first, with existing staff supporting, then add a specialist as the book of wholesale accounts grows. He wants the site stacked with lasting educational tools — product detail, brand and method videos, and culture-building training for partners.

    Public presence. Weekly live YouTube sessions (Wednesdays 2:30pm ET / 11:30am PT), 500+ Life Enthusiast podcast episodes, and an active social footprint under Life Enthusiast / Lifentco handles (usable as proof of expertise and consistency for Exsula Foods credibility).
